How to delete your Paisaly account

If you want to permanently delete your Paisaly account, please use one of the following methods:

• Inside the Paisaly website: log in, open dashboard settings, and use the delete account option if your account is eligible.
• By email request: send your request from your registered email address to support@paisaly.com.
• By contact page: submit an account deletion request through the contact form and include your registered email address.

When deletion may be delayed

For security, fraud prevention, and payout integrity, account deletion may be delayed or temporarily blocked if:

• Your wallet still has available or pending points.
• You have a pending or approved withdrawal that has not finished processing yet.
• Your account is under fraud, abuse, or compliance review.

What data is deleted

Once a valid deletion request is approved, Paisaly removes or clears account-linked platform records where allowed, including user profile records, wallet records, notifications, device tokens, task logs, payment submissions, and related reward logs.

What data may be retained

We may retain limited records where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, financial recordkeeping, or partner verification requirements.
